How a Golf Simulator Rental Works on Long Island
We handle everything: deliver, set up the full inflatable simulator, run your event (Full-Service package), and break it all down when it's over. You just need one power outlet and a 12×14 ft space. $25 deposit holds your date.
Most people have never rented a mobile golf simulator before. This page walks through exactly what happens from the moment you inquire to the moment we pull away — so there are zero surprises on event day.
Step 1: Get a quote and pick your package
Start by filling out the quote form on our homepage or calling (631) 627-2423. We'll confirm your date, event type, approximate guest count, and the setup location. Based on that, you choose your package:
- Starter Package ($650) — 4 hours, self-guided, delivery + setup + breakdown included
- Full-Service Package ($850) — 4 hours, on-site Golf Host runs the entire event for you
- Signature Package ($1,050) — 6 hours, Golf Host, Bluetooth speaker, cornhole boards, priority booking
You can also add extras like a putting green, extra hours, or a Bluetooth speaker if they're not already included.
Step 2: Lock in your date with a $25 deposit
Once you've picked your package, a $25 deposit locks in your date. That's it. The balance is due on the day of your event — no large upfront payments. Weekends in the summer go fast, so the earlier you book, the better your date selection.
Step 3: Day-of setup — we handle everything
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your event start time. Setup takes about 30–40 minutes and includes:
- Inflating the full enclosure
- Mounting the HD projector and screen
- Positioning the hitting mat and launch monitor
- Connecting to your outlet and calibrating the system
- Loading courses and testing a few shots to confirm everything's tracking correctly
All we need from you is access to a standard power outlet and a clear area roughly 12 ft wide × 14 ft deep with about 10 ft of clearance overhead. If you're not sure whether your space works, send us a photo before your event and we'll confirm.
What happens during the event?
If you booked the Starter Package, we give you a quick tutorial on how to switch courses, run contests, and reset between players — then it's yours. If you booked the Full-Service or Signature Package, your on-site Golf Host is there the entire time running it all: picking courses, setting up Longest Drive and Closest-to-Pin contests, managing the live leaderboard, and making sure every guest gets a turn.
Guests hit real shots. The launch monitor tracks ball speed, carry distance, and landing spot in real time. It works for complete beginners and scratch golfers alike — and that's what makes it work for a party.
What happens at the end of the event?
When your rental time is up, we return and handle full breakdown and pickup. You don't touch anything. We deflate and pack the enclosure, disconnect equipment, and leave your space exactly as we found it. Balance payment is collected at this time.
How much space do I actually need?
The setup fits comfortably in most Long Island backyards. You need roughly:
- 12 feet wide
- 14 feet deep
- 10 feet of clearance overhead
We've made tighter spaces work — if you're unsure, text us a photo of your yard and we'll tell you right away whether it works and how we'd position everything.
What do I need to provide?
Just two things:
- One power outlet. Standard outdoor or indoor outlet. A regular extension cord is usually all you need.
- The space. Backyard, driveway, garage, patio — anywhere with the dimensions above works.
We bring everything else. No club rental needed, but most guests like hitting with their own sticks. If your group doesn't have clubs, let us know in advance and we'll work something out.
Where do you deliver on Long Island?
Anywhere in Nassau and Suffolk County. Massapequa, Huntington, Garden City, Smithtown, Babylon, Syosset, Commack, Rockville Centre, Bellmore, Bethpage, Great Neck, Port Washington, Northport, Bay Shore — if it's on Long Island, we deliver. See our full service area.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer weekends fill up 6–8 weeks out, especially graduation season (May–June) and Labor Day weekend. If you're planning a fall or off-season event, we typically have more flexibility. Weeknight dates are almost always available with less notice. Once you have a date in mind, locking it in early with the $25 deposit is the move.
